Microsites
We can prepare the recruitment information pack in any format required by you. Increasingly, organisations are using the web and microsites to replace traditional methods of producing information for jobs. These allow candidates to download information immediately from the web and to apply for vacancies online.
Candidate Assessment
We provide evaluation reports on initial candidate written submissions and through to preliminary and technical interview performance. We provide recommendations on and feedback to all candidates at each stage of assessment.
Search
The quality of search is a fundamental part of what differentiates GI International from our competitors. We have access to a wide range of external databases and an internal database developed from 20 years of experience. We also have an extensive network of contacts within multiple sectors and we work cooperatively to support each others’ search activity. Every search starts from scratch with a briefing specific to the role. This determines both the areas we look in, but also what is the key proposition which we are selling to potentially interested candidates. Assessment Services
