All adverts link to the GI International website, which has been developed to capture response and encourage immediate action from targeted candidates. It also feed useful management information through response management and campaign success.
Microsite development
We offer dedicated microsites that work hard to publicise your role, the culture and ambition of your organisation, and also the geographical area which the job is located. Each site is developed to ensure effective search engine optimisation and can measure site traffic and capture response.
Our primary objective in developing these microsites is to maximise conversion of targeted candidates into applicants and each site is produced with candidates very much in mind. Microsites can increase candidate application through put by up to 60% against more traditional routes.
