Objective:

To Provide HR Support to the Director

Main Responsibilities:

Support and advise the business on employee relations issues.

To take initiative on the handling of complex or challenging employee relations issues

Be proactive in the implementation of developments in Employment Law

Manage compensation and oversee payroll systems.

Contribute to the salary review and / or promotion process based on performance and in line with approved pay scale and company policies

Implement HR strategies in line with the long term objectives of the business

Conduct training need analysis to determine learning and development training programs

Maintain excellent relationships with relevant Government officials

Oversee the recruitment process and insure proper implementation of competency based selection method approving job offers and issue contracts of employment in coordination with DG

Resolve employee relations issues within corporate guidelines and policies

Audit payroll and check data entry to ensure integrity and accuracy

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

Specialisation or certification in Human Resources Management

Minimum 10 years of experience including HR experience within the UAE

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English a must

Good knowledge of the UAE Labour Law and Government practices

Planning and organising

Process management

Excellent communicator
to KSA and UAE.
